Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ge-Fanuc IC693CPU363 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hoerbiger-Origa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bailey-Circuit product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hoerbiger-Origa such as the P126S22X72BM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IVC3D21111 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IMMFP04 by Manufacturer Bailey-Circuit as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fireye Brand LA221419002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as MPR3B1A4DA equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ME36600LI made by Square-D as well as the popular MAC090B0PD2C110B1S001 original spares produced by Rexroth

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC041B0BS3E050B0 by Indramat and MPR3B1A4DA spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NWFR89D200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
